Shipment & Returns

We support the following Shipping methods:

For Cyprus
The orders will be shipped within 2 days from the date of purchase.
If the products you ordered are not available we will notify the customer. We are not responsible for any delay or any of our commitments if the delay or the failure of delivery is a result of situations out of our plausible control.
You have to choose:

  • Pick up your order from our store in Limassol
  • Home delivery with Primewell
  • Pick up from ACS pick up location close to you

For International Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Priority Overseas Parcel Service of Cyprus Post.  Expected delivery is 2-14 working days after shipping, depending on the destination Country's local Post services.

A tracking number will always be provided.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total volumetric weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

If you still want to group multiple orders in 1 shipment then please contact us to let us know.

Duty and tax fees are not included and will be paid by you when you pick up the package.

Returns Policy
In the case that you are not completely happy with any of our products you have the following options:
Visit our main office store and exchange it with any other product or request for a refund.
Return product to our main offices address by register post. To view our main office address, go to Contact Us page.
Any overdue or refund amount can be settled though the original payment method. Contact us and let us know of this case and we will arrange for your refund.
